Don West, Smith, and Debbie the chicken survive the Jupiter 18 landing. Tam Roughneck does not. Don spots a parachute in the distance and goes to investigate, taking Smith and the chicken with him. They find Angela Goddard, who is barely alive. Seeing distant smoke that could be Angela's ship, they head off, with Don carrying Angela. When they take cover from an incoming storm, Smith offers to search for help while Don stays with Angela. Meanwhile, the alien robot melts a hole through the ice to begin the process of raising Jupiter 2. Penny notes a distant explosion, discerning it is another Jupiter craft. Maureen and John, along with Will and the robot, hike there. They also examine the robot's ship. Inside the alien ship, a holographic map of the planet is activated, showing John and Maureen they are in an unidentified galaxy. Outside, the robot touches the ship's hull, creating a mental connection to Will who experiences a vision of the robot's killing rampage aboard the Resolute. Will is left uneasy about the robot, whose memory appears to be damaged. Will surmises its system may have rebooted. He decides to say nothing to his parents about the vision. Penny takes a Chariot (an all-terrain vehicle) from the ship to rescue her family from the approaching deadly storm. As they head back to Jupiter 2 Don sees them and attempts to signal for help but discovers that Smith has stolen the flare gun. The Robinsons find Smith, who claims to be alone, and return to Jupiter 2.
Somebody ought to show some basic human decency.
-and get back here in time? -Why walk when we have a Chariot?
So you're gonna bullshit our way to safety.
It's the last flare we got. Give it a peck for good luck.
I'm gonna go get the leg brace from the printer.
-Maybe we should shoot off another flare. -We already wasted one.
It's the restraint. Sand's jammed them up.
You spent 14.3 ounce of your personal weight allocation on that?

So familiar, but what is it? It's on the tip of your tongue.
20% power, ten minute interval, ten second burn.
Listen to me. I need you to toss me your knife, okay?
You spent 14.3 ounces of your personal weight allocation on that?
Pick up the pace, please.
even if it's a robot, right?
It's gonna tear through your sole.
"That's just the way the cookie crumble." I could not have made it more obvious.
Aah, I swear to God, every time I come up here it's something worse.
This will do most of the work until your leg's heal.
They spill oil everywhere.
-What? -You remind me of someone.
"We"? You only get to be famous for being relate to me.
He's suppose to watch over you, keep you safe.
I think he crash when we did.
-Have you lost your mind? -Somebody had to do something.
Having it be the last item on the list indicate it's a reward for finishing.
You spent 14.3 ounces of your personal weight allocation on that?
What happen to yours?
Uh, I don't know. I guess it happened when I fell.
[Will] So, if the sun rise in the east and sets to the west...
Penny, why haven't you finish the filters?
It's built, not born.
Not the daughter you expect?
I drop it.
[automated voice] Main deck water level reduce to 1%.
-Maybe we should shoot off another flare. -We already waste one.
You see, this is one of the things we might have discuss.
Where everybody die.
Uh, I hear it ding.
If we don't work our way out gently, we could make the ice unstable.
-It must be somewhere close. -It's a long walk back.
Personally, I look out for myself. And I've never met no saint.
was definitely a reserve tank of another Jupiter.
-Tell him to hold on tight. -Hold on to the back!
[chuckles] I knew we weren't alone.
Perhaps it has something to do with that brother I remind you of.
Let's go. No chicken left behind.
Walk forward.
Especially if you can't.
The starboard side's almost finished.
[Maureen echoing] Will, stay outside.
Actually, they do. A lot.
See you soon.
[grunts] She would've done the same. That's why we got along so well.
The hose is freezing over again. You can finish the filters later.
How far can you get with her?
I put two and two together.
Or else he wouldn't have needed me to help him.
I had it a minute ago. It must've fallen off.
Best lover you ever had?
The answer to the question "Can you fix this?" is always "Yes."
See, that wasn't that hard.
Listen, I should have, uh, been more receptive to you.
Don't get sentimental.
If we don't work our way out gently, we could make the ice unstable.
You're so brave. What's your name?
-[button beeps] -[automated voice] Engaging winter mode.
I'm stuck.
This isn't weird. This isn't weird at all.
You had a tough day.
Oh, come on, you stupid thing.
-It worked! I'm coming to get you. -Are you okay?
"That's just the way the cookie crumbles." I could not have made it more obvious.
He's not dangerous.
Fantastic!
This sand... is sharp as diamonds.
The starboard side's almost finished.
"We"? You only get to be famous for being related to me.
Fix it while I'm gone.
I'm not carrying your bag when it gets too heavy.
So, you are interested in the only Oreos in a hundred trillion miles?
The girls did excellent work.
It brought Will back safe, saved Judy from suffocating under the ice.
[Will] Nice throw.
No, I'm fine.
